Shipping Policy

At this time all purchases can be picked up in-store. Shipping arrangements can be made via courier at the customer's expense. Additionally shipments arrangements can be made on a per item basis. This is an at your own risk scenario and there is no policy regarding this.

Returns

Returns of unopened, unused products will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Due to the nature of the products sold at The Hearthside Shop used, burned, opened or broken products can not returned or refunded. The products sold at The Hearthside Shop carry warranties from their manufacturer, not from the Hearthside Shop. All Products sold even though new and in sealed packaging, are sold as is.,
